These terms govern the PolixLabs Referral Partner Program. By applying, you agree to all of the following.
1. Commissions
Partners earn 25% of the product subtotal on a referred customer’s first order and 10% on each subsequent order from that customer, attributed automatically. Partners who recruit other partners earn an override equal to 20% of their recruits’ earned commissions. Commissions are paid only on completed product sales. No compensation is paid for recruiting itself, and joining is free.
2. Attribution
Referrals are tracked via your referral link (60-day cookie) and, where issued, your personal coupon code. Commissions on refunded or charged-back orders are reversed. Self-referrals are prohibited.
3. Payouts
Payouts are processed monthly for the prior month’s delivered orders, after a grace period covering the refund window.
4. Strictly Prohibited — Health and Medical Claims
All PolixLabs products are for in-vitro laboratory research only. Partners must NEVER state or imply that any product treats, cures, prevents, or mitigates any disease or condition; describe personal consumption or encourage human or animal use; or provide dosing, reconstitution, or administration guidance. Violations result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
5. Disclosure
Partners must clearly disclose their material connection to PolixLabs (e.g., “#ad” or “affiliate link”) wherever links or codes are shared, per FTC guidelines.
6. Other Prohibited Conduct
No bidding on PolixLabs trademarks in paid search, no spam, no posting codes to coupon aggregator sites, no misrepresentation of the program. We may amend these terms or terminate the program with notice.
