Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of research-use materials, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.
1. General Policy
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, ordering errors, improper handling or misuse, or opened or used products.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery. Your claim must include the order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence. Upon review, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement, issue a store credit, or offer a refund in rare cases where replacement is not possible.
3. Non-Delivery
Refunds may be considered only if the order was not delivered due to an error on our part, the carrier confirms loss in transit, and the claim is submitted promptly. Refund eligibility is determined solely at our discretion.
